University Dental Associates participates in Dental Care Advantage Senior. This plan provides a discount on Dental Services at UDA offices in addition to Vision, Chiropractic and Hearing services discounts at area providers.

  • Print, complete and mail in the Application located on the left hand side of this page under Dental Care Advantage along with your payment.

Dental Care Advantage Senior Program - Dental Discount Program:

  • An average savings of 20% on exams, x-rays, cleanings, fillings, crowns, dentures, cosmetics, oral surgery.
  • Additionally there are no claims and no waiting periods when you are a member of the Dental Care Advantage Senior Program.

 

Included at no additional charge:

  • Vision Discount Program - Partnered with EyeBenefits. An average savings of 5-55% on exams, frames, eyeglass lenses, anti-reflective coatings, online contact lenses, progressive lenses & regular contact lenses, CRT & LASIK vision correction.
  • Chiropractic Discount Program - Partnered with Comprehensive Health. No-charge consultation, unlimited visits per member, treatment includes acute, chronic and preventative care, 50% savings on diagnostic and x-rays (except Colorado), 30% savings on other services.
  • Hearing Discount Program - Partnered with EPIC Hearing Health Care. An average savings of 30-60% on hearing diagnostics (not covered by major medical), hearing rehabilitation and hearing aids & hearing assistive devices.

 

The Dental Care Advantage Senior Program is available on a national basis and provides members with significant savings on services when seen by a participating provider. This program is available to members 55 and older.
